By signing in to RALLYX through any OAuth provider (Discord, Riot, Epic, Blizzard or others), you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any of the points described here, you must refrain from using the platform and sign out immediately.

RALLYX exists to help players find competitive squads and build a shared tactical identity. All interactions must respect this purpose.

Toxic behavior, harassment, threats, discriminatory insults, identity impersonation and any form of harassment in chats, matchmaking or public profiles is strictly forbidden.

Automated scraping, use of unauthorized bots and mass extraction of profile or match data is prohibited and may result in legal action.

All trademarks, logos, characters, maps, game names and visual assets referenced in RALLYX belong to their respective creators and owners.

RALLYX is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Activision, Valve, or any of their affiliated entities.

The use of these trademarks in RALLYX is made for identification and descriptive purposes only, within the context of multi-game matchmaking.

Payments for skins, premium features or subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. RALLYX does not directly store payment card data.

Refunds for digital purchases may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been consumed or equipped, in compliance with European consumer law.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until the user cancels them from their profile panel.

RALLYX reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts temporarily or permanently when these Terms are breached, including fraud, abusive behavior or attempts to compromise the platform.

In severe cases we reserve the right to block access without prior notice and to share relevant information with the competent authorities.

RALLYX acts as a neutral hosting and exchange platform for gamers. Users are the sole and exclusive parties responsible for the interactions, messages, chats and conduct they engage in with one another inside rooms, groups, brotherhoods or any other communication space on the platform.

RALLYX assumes no civil, financial or legal responsibility for disputes, language, conduct, agreements or third-party actions that take place in user communication spaces, nor for content generated by users themselves.

RALLYX administrators reserve the right to moderate, expel, temporarily or permanently ban, or remove any content or account that breaches community rules, without prior notice and in line with the content moderation standards of digital platforms.
