We only collect information that is strictly necessary to operate the platform: email address, chosen username and avatar.

When you link your Discord, Epic Games, Riot, Blizzard or other provider accounts through official OAuth, we only obtain the public statistical data these services expose (level, rank, character, etc.).

We do not access passwords, private messages, payment information or hidden data from these accounts.

Data is used exclusively so that RALLYX features work correctly: matchmaking, public profiles, friends system, direct chat, skin locker and trophy showcase.

We do not use your data for external targeted advertising and we do not perform automated profiling beyond internal matchmaking suggestions.

We use managed databases with encryption in transit and at rest to store your profile, your friendships and your match history.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which acts as an independent controller of financial data.

These providers are bound by data processing agreements (DPA) compliant with GDPR.

As a player you have the right to request access, rectification, portability and deletion of your personal data at any time.

You can edit your profile directly from /profile or request full account deletion by contacting our support team.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

RALLYX will never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

When you link your Epic Games account to RALLYX through the official Epic OAuth flow, we only store your public Epic display name and your Epic account ID.

These identifiers are used solely to fetch and display your public in-game statistics for Fortnite and Rocket League inside your RALLYX profile.

We do not access your email, payment information, friends list, private messages, or any private Epic Games data. We do not share, sell, or transfer this information to any third party.

You can disconnect your Epic Games account at any time from your RALLYX profile, which removes the stored display name and account ID from our systems.
