This disclaimer includes, without limitation, disputes between users, offensive language, third-party conduct, data loss, service interruptions or decisions taken as part of content moderation.

Use of RALLYX is at the user's own risk, and the user assumes all risks associated with their interactions on the platform.

RALLYX reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove or block any content it deems contrary to community rules, applicable law or the proper functioning of the platform.

Administrators may suspend, restrict or cancel accounts temporarily or permanently when breaches, toxic behavior, harassment, identity impersonation, fraud or any activity endangering the safety or experience of other users is detected.

Moderation decisions are made in line with digital platform content standards and may be enforced without prior notice.

All trademarks, logos, characters, maps, game names and visual assets referenced in RALLYX belong to their respective creators and owners.

RALLYX is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Activision, Valve, Microsoft, Sony or any of their affiliated entities. The use of these trademarks is made for identification and descriptive purposes only, within the context of multi-game matchmaking.

The RALLYX name, logo and visual identity are the exclusive property of its administrators and are protected by intellectual property laws.
